Drake Pellegrin, an active competitor and lifelong student of the game, teamed up with Amy Pellegrin, a marketer who knows how to grow more than just a brand, and Clayre Plumbar, a coach with a relentless passion for shaping people into their strongest selves.

We didn’t create Groundworks to claim we’re the best—we built it to create opportunity. From competitors chasing titles to parents finding their confidence again, we wanted a place where hard work is celebrated and community is unshakable.
